What would you most like to eat that is hot and delicious on a crusty flatbread at a music festival this summe?

we have a new stall which will be doing delicious foods at festivals and are trying to think of something with chicken and also a vegetarian alternative - we are already doing a really tasty chilli con carne topped with local cheddar and jalapeno peppers - would be grateful for ideas all you festival goers!
