2 misdemeanors affecting me?

Hello. I would explain the whole story but I'll just make it short. I'm charged with a felony and 3 misdemeanors, but I go to Court on June 17, and my lawyer said that they will drop the felony and a misdemeanor, & that I have to pay a restitution of $2750, and court cost of $200. I don't mind paying the money as long as I don't have the felony. But my question is, will the misdemeanors affect my chances of getting jobs like a felony will? P.S. The misdemeanors are Theft of Property charges.
