How do I get into UBC (please read)?

Hello, I am a junior in highschool at Boston Latin school locate in Boston, machusetts, USA. I am highly interested in going to UBC. A scholarship would be nice but is not necessary. My gpa right now is a 3.6 unweighted and a 3.9 weighted. My psat combined was a 2000. I am interested in majoring in environmental engineering or environmental design but would most likely start undecided and then choose at the end of freshman year. If anyone could just let me know if this is possible and if it is what I need to do to prepare. I would really appreciate this. Thanks guys
