Can you explain what created all the molten metal seen dripping out of the South Tower on 9/11 ?

The funniest thing is that if you go onto you tube to look at conspiracy videos, you can also see the videos that debunk the conspiracies. I think the thermite charges used to blow up the twin towers came from leftovers at area 51 used to fake the moon landing.
