What do you do when your puppy is backtracking through everything they just learned?

i have a 5 month year old puppy, and she was house trained when we first got her, but now she's backtracking through it and is peeing in our basement! if she doesn't stop were going to have to give her away, which i really really don't want! so does anyone know what's wrong with her, or how can handle this?
