Marital Settlement Agreement - notarized? (State of TX)?

I am filing for divorce through legalzoom.com, and their instructions for Marital Settlement Agreement say to simply sign by both spouses prior to filing with the court (no mentioon of notary for this item), but there are spaces for notary signature regarding both the petitioner and the respondant. Should we wait to sign this until we can do so with a notary?
