Looking for a proffesional workout person?

im looking for someone who knows just about everything on working out and would gladly appreciate it...Im 19 y/o 6 feet tall, 130ish pounds (ya i know im skinny) and i got 2 dumbells at my house 10 pounders and i have one of those running machines so i can run inside and thats about all the equipment i got at the moment...i just want to know the basics on getting muscle on my arms and working towards getting a 6 pack so i dont look like a little weak stick..i started working out a week ago but im sort of clueless i have just been doing 10-20 situps and 20 pushups and lifting dumbells 20 times 2 sets of those so 40 total and thats about it i eat meat with rice sometimes a salad and lots of water..also wanted to know if theres any sort of good drink i should be drinking all i can do is go to a liquor store or 7/eleven so if theres a vitamine water brand i should be drinking that would help me as well cause again i am clueless and have no idea i used to be in highschool and some people i knew drank all this protien shakes and stuff and they had all types of it that they told me so ya clueless if someone who knows mostly everything about working out could answer this i would GLADLY appreciate it (im a guy by the way if that helps)
