Atheists do you think these people are real atheists or just angry?

On youtube i a video on people explaining why they became atheists and there was one girl and she was kind of looking angry and said she became atheist because when her grandmother was sick and on her deathbed the girl prayed for her and her grandmother still died and therefor god couldn't exist. Do you think she is a real atheist or is she just angry?
