15 year old. in okay shape but not the best. wants to get ripped in 2-3 months?

alright major self esteeem issue here when u see all of these guys ripped and u have a pot belly. ight i want a program thatll get me into shape by the time swimsuit season comes around like a suprise 2 all of them. since it is almost christmas my dad is willing to get me equipment to help me out. in terms of diet well i have lots of protein bars and i eat them instead of meals. unfortunatley my body is responding badly and telling me im still hungry and im not in for starving myself cause thats just a terrible idea for someone my age and ittl actually make me fatter so thats outta the question. my parents are not very motivational. with comments like o you woint do it so why bother u gotta understand its hard for me 2 get that motivation. so... diet plans and workout routines to get me in good shape in 2months
