Which 3D game should I get for the launch of the 3DS?

Does anyone know what is going to be released on the date of the 3DS? Please give recommendations of the games I should get for my 10 year old son. I was thinking Kid Icarus, Pilot Wings, or Nintendogs+Cats if they are released at that time.
