My girlfriend has a daughter of 11 ,i hate her guts!! help advice needed?

I hope your just venting and that you don't really feel these things or expect her to be any different to how she is. What you describe is typical, particularly with a child who is hurting like she must be. Kids must always come first with parents and if you don't see it that way, (and from the way you speak I don't think you do) then you need to step back and let someone else parent her.
