Is there a law that protects emergency unemployment claimants who left with good cause, without a Dr's note?

You are confused as to the workings of Unemployment Benefits. The employer has the right to contest your benefits, since they are the ones paying the money. If you are off work for medical problems,you cannot be meeting the requirements for drawing benefits. You must be able and available to work.
