Im trying to make a birdie sling AND i really need help!?

I really want to make a birdie sling but i cant find a free online tutorial ANYWHERE!! that will tell me measurements for the fabric and how to sew it. Does anyone know a website that can help me make this? or has anyone ever made one an can give me some tips?
