I can't sleep is it wrong for me to blame him???

Well it is his fault he's just so loveable and i miss him but we haven't talked so I have devoted to staying up on the computer untill he signs in not to mention I am an insomniac and can't get him out of my mind so should I blame him or myself? and how can I get to sleep???!!!
