How did Phyllis make Nick think the baby was his, instead of Jack?

I don't know since she wanted to be with Nick, maybe she changed the paternity test prior to Nick getting the results. She is a computer wiz and she probably hacked into the system without anyone knowing about it and faked that she didn't know. That would be the manipulative and devious Phyllis that I knew and this wouldn't be the first time.
