How can i verify a file exists to install my game?

I'm installing a game called viva pinata which i downloaded from a torrent. i downloaded the same torrent onto my other computer but the computer was too old to run it. so when i downloaded the torrent and tried to install the game it goes about 3/4 full and says "error 1305.error reading from file h:\program files\microsoft games\viva pinata\bundles_packages\86.pkg. verify that the file exists and that you can access it." i really want to install the game and i kept trying but it isnt working. i need a simple way to fix this so i can finish the installation.
