Does my dad really care about me?

I have had these issues with my dad since i was younger after my parents split and still till this day I have them. I would ask my dad for money for school clothes and he would say he didn't have it ( when I know he did), he even confessed later that he had it but he is not going to be "used" for money. Even for my 21st b-day he gave me a card with 21 dollars in it, (this was last year). I thought that was in insult because I know he has the money which he spends on his new wife. People have said he does this to get back at my mom, like not paying the child support also! My mom didn't want to be back with him after HE cheated on her, like your story. I think this it to make it harder on our mom's, what's the ultimate way to mess with a mother, it's to mess with her kid! Hang in there! It is so inspiring to have such strong mothers!!
