Are there any opputunities outside of the United States for obstetricians to work? If so, where?

I live in Midland, Ontario, Canada and we have only 1 obstetrician and only 2 family physicians that do deliveries. The obstetrician is very busy at all times. To set up your own practice in this area would be a worthy idea. I know that we are in constant search of new physicians in the area.
