Am I pregnant? Or do I need to go get help?

So I have little to no experience in matters like this one. I thought I was pregnant, all hpt tests were negative. Blood test was no help either since the doc said it was " inconclusive" so I will be getting it redone on Monday, I've had cramps but no bleeding, missed due date on period, loss of hunger, fatigue, frequent urination. After I take a trip to the bathroom, I cramp very badly for a few minutes as if I were menstruating, but still no blood. Could it be that my hcg levels are just too low? Or am I having a serious medical issue? If the blood test comes back negative, I'll be taking a trip to the gyno to get some answers, but I'd like some friendly input from others who may have experienced the same. Thanks for your time.
